Directions from East via I-40:

From Interstate I-40 heading West towards Knoxville, take exit 407 (Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Great Smoky Mountains). Coming off the ramp, turn left onto Highway 66 towards Sevierville to the large intersection where the road turns into Highway 441. Follow Highway 441 through Sevierville into Pigeon Forge. In Pigeon Forge, at traffic light #3, turn right onto Wears Valley Road (Route 321 S). Follow Wears Valley Road approximately 9 miles. Our office is located on the left at the corner of Wears Valley Road and Lyon Springs Road.

Directions from the North via I-75:

From I-75 heading towards Knoxville, take the I-640 West exit. Follow 640 West to I-40 West. Take I-40 West exit to 376B, I-140 East towards Maryville. Go 11 miles and take exit 11A towards Alcoa (this will be US-129 South). Go past McGhee Tyson Airport into Maryville to the intersection of 321 and 129. Follow signs toward Townsend and The Great Smoky Mountains. In Townsend at the traffic light, turn left to follow 321. The office is approximately 6 miles on the right at the corner of Wears Valley Road and Lyon Springs Road.

Directions from the West via I-40:

From I-40 heading East towards Knoxville, take exit 376, I-140 East towards Maryville. Go 11 miles and take exit 11A towards Alcoa (this will be US-129 South). Go past McPhee Tyson Airport into Maryville to the intersection of 321 and 129. Follow signs toward Townsend and The Great Smoky Mountains. In Townsend at the traffic light, turn left to follow 321. The office is approximately 6 miles on the right at the corner of Wears Valley Road and Lyon Springs Road.

Note: When traveling from the North and West, I-40 East to exit 407 is the shortest and most traveled route into the Pigeon Forge/Wears Valley area. This is the best route during off season times. During busier summer months, car show weekends, or in fall leaf season (October), one of the alternate routes above may be preferable.

Directions from the South:

Take I-75 North (heading towards Knoxville, TN) to exit #81 for Lenior City. Upon exiting the ramp, turn right onto Hwy 321 North. Stay on this road, following the signs for the Smoky Mountains through Maryville, Walland, and Townsend. Hwy 321 North will turn left at the traffic light in Townsend. Once you turn, go approximately 6 miles into Wears Valley. The office is on the right at the corner of Wears Valley Road and Lyon Springs Road.
